How we collect and publish reviews
Where these reviews come from
Reviews come from people who have ordered from us. Most arrive through the form on this page. Others come through the channels customers already use to reach us — WhatsApp, Telegram and email — and are posted here under the reviewer's display name with their agreement. We do not purchase reviews, generate them, or run campaigns that offer a discount in exchange for a rating, and we do not go back to a customer to ask them to revise a score they have already given us.
What we publish and what we remove
Criticism stays up. A review is removed only if it contains personal data such as a home address, a phone number or a full order reference, if it contains abuse directed at a person, or if it is obvious spam — never for being unfavourable. Where a review describes a problem we have since fixed, we leave the original wording untouched rather than editing it after the fact, because a review that gets quietly improved over time is worth nothing to the next reader.
How the average is calculated
The figure at the top of this page is a plain unweighted mean of every published review — old and recent, glowing and critical, each counted once. It is not filtered to a featured subset and it is not weighted toward newer entries. Because it describes the store as a whole, it is deliberately kept separate from the ratings on individual product pages: each product shows a rating built only from reviews about that specific product, which is why a product's number will often differ from the store-wide figure here.
Reading reviews in other languages
Reviews appear in whatever language the customer wrote them in, so the list below mixes English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, Ukrainian and others. We leave them untranslated on purpose — a translated review is no longer quite the reviewer's own words, and the specific phrasing people use about drying quality or packaging is often the most useful part. Your browser's translate function will render the whole page in one language if you prefer. If you believe a review here is fake or attributed to the wrong product, tell us and we will look into it.
